Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 4 (Purchase this product)



1. If users want to purchase this product, they should place an order in accordance with the methods specified by the company. A sales contract for this product will be established when the product is shipped from the company. 2. Depending on the content of this product, we may limit the purchase quantity. Orders exceeding the limit will be cancelled. In this case, the company cannot be required to perform the sales contract.

3. Even after the sales contract specified in paragraph 1 is signed, the company may cancel the order due to import obstacles of the product or other unavoidable reasons.



Article 5 (Payment)



1. Users should pay for this product in the manner specified by the company. Please note that fees associated with payment are the responsibility of the user.

2. After confirming the user's payment method, the company will deliver the product in the method determined by the company. In addition, after the company completes the delivery procedures of the product, if the product is returned to the company due to the user's refusal to receive it, long-term absence, or other circumstances, the company will be required to re-deliver the product to the user, which may incur a separately determined fee, and the user Agree in advance.



Article 6 (Transfer of Ownership and Assumption of Risk)

After the delivery of this product is completed, the ownership and ownership risk of this product are transferred from the company to the user.


Article 7 (Return of this product)



1. After the user completes the order, due to convenience reasons, this product does not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the product delivered is of a different type or quantity than the product ordered, or if the product is soiled or damaged, the Company shall not be liable for any damage or damage to the product and will only be liable if the quality of the product does not comply with the terms of the contract. , we will notify you within 8 days after receiving the product to accept returns or exchanges.

Article 8 (Communication Equipment Management)



1. Users should provide the necessary equipment, communication means, transportation and other environments to receive this service, and the costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the users themselves. In addition, all communication costs required for using this service are borne by the user.

2. Users are responsible for managing their own communication equipment. The user is solely responsible for any damage caused by mismanagement, incorrect use, use by a third party, etc. of the user's communication equipment. The company is not responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently by the company.

3. If the communication equipment is at risk of being used by a third party, the user should notify the company immediately and follow the company's instructions (if any).



Article 9 (Conditions for providing this service)

The company may suspend or change this service due to maintenance and other reasons without prior notice to users.


Article 10 (Prohibited Matters)



1. The Company prohibits users from doing the following behaviors when using this service.

(1) Violation of these Terms

(2) Behaviors that violate public order and morals, criminal behavior, and other violations of laws and regulations.

(3) Providing information contrary to the facts or other information that violates public order and morals to the Company, other users or third parties.

(4) Resell our products or perform other activities for profit without our consent (including the activities of dismantling, transforming or otherwise changing the shape of our products and selling them) or preparing for such activities

(5) Behavior that interferes with the operation of this service or defames this service.

(6) Cooperating behaviors such as providing benefits to anti-social forces and others.

(7) Behavior that violates these terms or the purpose of this service.

(8) Use of this service by fraudulently using a credit card

(9) Purchasing products through this service for resale, resale or other commercial purposes.

(10) Other behaviors that the company deems inappropriate.

2. If the company determines that the user's behavior falls under any of the items in paragraph 1, the company may take any or all of the following measures without prior notice.

(2) Termination of this Agreement

(3) Other actions that the Company reasonably deems necessary.



Article 11 (Cancellation)



1. If the user falls into any of the following circumstances, the company may terminate this agreement without notice.

(1) Minors use this service without the consent of their legal representatives

(2) When an adult ward, guardian, or rescued person uses this service without the consent of the adult guardian, guardian, or assistant.

(3) If you fail to respond to our company’s request in good faith

(4) Other circumstances deemed inappropriate by the Company.



Article 12 (Non-Warranty/Disclaimer)



1. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, latestness, usefulness, reliability, legality, suitability for specific purposes and non-infringement of third-party rights of the service and product content. We make no guarantees.

2. The company does not guarantee the estimated delivery date and time of this product.

3. Users should use this service within the scope permitted by laws. The Company does not assume any responsibility even if the user violates Japanese or foreign laws and regulations by using this service.

4. The Company does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, terminated or have any other problems. In addition, the Company may suspend or change services without notifying users due to maintenance and other reasons, but the Company does not assume any responsibility for this.

5. The Company shall not be liable for any inability to comply with all or part of the provisions of this Agreement due to natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, strikes, embargoes, wars, civil strife, outbreaks of infectious diseases or other force majeure events.



Article 13 (Abolition of this Service)



1. The Company may stop providing the Services if the Company reasonably determines that the Services should be stopped.

2. For the situation in the preceding paragraph, the Company does not assume any liability unless the Company is intentional or has gross negligence.



Article 14 (Processing of Personal Data)

The handling of personal information in this service will be handled in accordance with the personal information protection policy established by the company.


Article 15 (Changes to these Terms)

These Terms may be revised at our convenience. If the Company changes these Terms, it will set an effective date and publish it through the Company's website or other appropriate means before the effective date to notify the Company of the changes to these Terms and the changed content: The effective date shall be announced.


Article 16 (Applicable Law)

All laws applicable to these Terms shall be the laws of Japan.


Article 17 (Agreed Jurisdiction)

All litigation between users and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance of the local court.
